Canada/US domestic shipping
Our store is located in Toronto, CA. The average delivery within Canada and the USA is 2-6 business days.
International shipping
International shipping usually takes 7-15 business days depending on your location.
Order processing
Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days. Orders placed after cut-off on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with the tracking number.
* Delivery time = Processing Time (2-4 days) + Transit Time.
** Exact transit times and costs are calculated at checkout, based on your postal code.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
In some cases, order processing might get delayed for the following reasons:
Billing and/or shipping address errors.
Order is pending credit approval and verification.
An order is shipped to a remote country.
Order security verification.
Carrier backlogs
A product is currently out of stock
We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.
RETURNS
Return Policy
In the rare case, that you're not obsessed with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same/different product within 14 days from receipt. Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit to place another order.
Whether you're looking to return your product for a full refund / exchange it, the shipping costs are supported by you.
A restocking fee of $3.99 per item will apply to all returns. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
We accept returns on all merchandise. Item(s) must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage (including deodorant marks, makeup stains, tanning products, etc.). Tags MUST be attached on ALL returns.
In a rare case, if you receive a damaged item you MUST notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order or you will NOT qualify for a refund.
Should you like to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order. As orders are processed quickly, changes/cancellations can not be guaranteed.
Notes:
Delivery fees are not eligible for refunds.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return.
Late returns shipped beyond 14 days from receipt will not be collected and will be returned to you.
Returns and Exchanges Instructions
a. Contact our customer support team at support@lareussite-boutique.com to notify them about your intent to return the item(s).
b. Carefully package the item(s) in its original packaging to ensure safe transit.
c. Arrange and pay for the return shipping to our designated return address. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
d. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund as per our refund policy.
e. Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund within 2-3 days. Please note that the refund amount will exclude the original shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.
